Gift Card Refund Policy
Cary O’Briens Gift Cards are non-refundable. They are redeemable for services and merchandise only. The unused Card value cannot be redeemed for cash. However, a balance will be carried until such time that it is depleted. After 18 months of non-use, a $1.50 per month administration account fee will be deducted from the remaining balance, except where prohibited from law. Cary O’Brien’s Salon & Day Spa is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged Cards or any unauthorized use.
